About Me
I came to therapy through a winding road - and I think that's part of what I bring to the room.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent years in investment banking at J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs, then moved into growth consulting for startups in Los Angeles. During the pandemic I launched a restaurant in Hollywood. These weren't detours - they were an education in performance culture, ambition, reinvention, and the cost of always being "on." They’re also why I can sit across from a high-achieving client and understand not just what they're saying, but what they're not saying.
I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and a Bachelor's in Economics from the University of Chicago. I am first-generation, a parent of teenagers, wife of a C-suite exec, and someone who has navigated the particular tension of living between cultures and expectations. These experiences shape my work and create the lens in which I see the world around me.
My approach is human-first and relational - informed by clinical training, intuition, and genuine curiosity about the people I work with. I am especially attentive to how expectations, identity, and power dynamics show up in the room. I believe that listening is a superpower, and that when someone is given real space to think out loud - without judgment or urgency - new insight and direction naturally emerge. I welcome laughter when it belongs, and I honor silence when it's needed.
A few things about me beyond the office: I'm a pickleball enthusiast (addict is probably more accurate). I play basketball in a women's league. And I LOVE DOGS!
