Therapy for Individuals & Couples
You've built a life that looks like success. So why does it feel like so much?
You're capable, driven, and used to figuring things out. But beneath the career, the family, the schedule you keep running. Something feels off. Anxious. Disconnected. Like you're performing your life more than living it.
That's where therapy comes in.
I'm Nabiha Basathia, a psychotherapist based on the Westside of Los Angeles. Before becoming a therapist, I spent years in investment banking and finance. I've lived inside high-performance culture — and I know firsthand what it costs emotionally. Now I work with high-achieving professionals, couples, and families who are ready to stop just managing and start actually thriving.
I also work with teenagers navigating the particular pressures of adolescence today — social media, academic pressure, identity, athletics, and the question of who they are beyond their achievements.
Also, if you're South Asian or grew up between cultures, you may find that I understand some of what goes unspoken — the weight of family expectations, the tension between who you were raised to be and who you're becoming.
My approach is relational and insight-driven. I work at the level of patterns, not just symptoms, because real change requires more than coping strategies.
Based on the Westside of Los Angeles. Available in-person and online across California.
